We are pleased to announce that from the 1st July 2011, McAllisters Recovery Ltd and All Recovery and Repair Ltd will be merging into one entity under the McAllisters Recovery name.
Both companies have been existence since the mid 70's however the time has come for the two to join forces to ride out these tough economic times. By sharing common costs and overheads, it will allow both companies to continue to invest and serve their combined customer base more effectively than remaining separately for the future.
Steve Mayhead and Mark McAllister have worked closely as colleagues as well as competitors over the last decade and their shared skills will ensure that the new and improved McAllisters Recovery will remain the premier independent commercial recovery and workshops company in the area for years to come. From the 1st July, Steve will join the McAllister's Recovery board of director's as Heavy Recovery & Workshops Director with Mark remaining as the group Managing Director.
Over the next month operations will be consolidated into our Aldershot HQ whilst the integration is completed which will then in turn allow expansion into new additional premises from September onwards to fully meet the needs of both our vehicle recovery and workshops customers.
