Simple Tow Out
My car has all four wheels which are free rolling on fairly flat ground covered in snow or ice. My tow eye is fitted.
A 4x4 with a tow rope will be able to connect to your vehicle and tow it out in under 15 minutes

Simple Winch Out
My car has all four wheels which are free rolling but may be on a steep slope (no more than 10 metres) or spinning in a small ditch (no more than 2 metres off road) and at least two wheels in contact with the tarmac. My tow eye is fitted.
A 4x4 with a winch can winch the vehicle on a single line pull and complete task within 30 minutes

Advanced Winch Out
My car is completely off road but no more than 50 metres from tarmac that is gritted. It may be on its side and slightly damaged but will be driveable once its out. My tow eye may be missing.
A 4x4 with a winch and ground anchors may have to use several pulls but can complete the task within 60 minutes. A second vehicle may attend to assist, all this is included within the fixed price.

Crane Recovery / Complex Winch Out
My car is probably badly damaged, it might have wheels missing, on its side or on its roof and needs recovery to a local destination (within 10 miles) on a flat bad once its out. This also includes any cars that are more than 50 metres from hard standing such as fields. My tow eye may be missing.
More than one McAllisters vehicle may attend, one to get the car out, one to transport it away. This may involve the use of a lorry loader crane or complex winching techniques. The task will normally be completed within 2 hours.
